  • The PREFER Lending 10-Month Note Fund is built for investors who want to put capital to work immediately and enjoy predictable, high-yield returns. With no dependency on property sales, investors benefit from a fixed maturity date, collateralized security, and personal guarantees.

Lending on a project is a first come, first served basis and these funds fill fast (they are capped at $1,000,000 per fund and the fund opens 2-3 times per year), so we recommend you get on the list even if you are not quite ready to become a lender on an upcoming project.
